Zino Groen joined our team in the summer of 2025. He is currently working hard on his education to grow into a real estate agent and eventually a certified valuer; the practical experience he is gaining now is a valuable addition to that journey. Thanks to his background in retail, customer focus and service with a smile are central to everything he does.
From retail to real estate
Before making the transition to real estate, Zino spent many years working in retail. He held various roles: from a managerial position within a supermarket chain to a responsible role as the right-hand person to the owner of a jewelry store.

The move to real estate, where these elements come together seamlessly, is therefore a natural step for this enthusiastic professional.
An all-round addition
June 2025 marked the start of Zino at IMMO Arie van der Lee. As an addition to the broad experience within our team, he not only supports the agents in the field but also takes on various internal tasks. Zino is eager to learn, efficient, and empathetic. Maintaining a positive working atmosphere, being open to the unique situations of clients, and providing the right guidance are central to him. Zino only feels truly satisfied when he has supported the client to the best of his abilities.
Personal
Zino is the proud father of a son and prefers to spend his free time with his family and friends. With a strong preference for spring and summer, he enjoys the sunshine in Almere.
