Your file, including the starter package, is complete. Your home is placed on Funda.nl with a Funda Complete package, making it stand out on the largest property-for-sale platform in the Netherlands. Additionally, we post a beautiful advertisement on our social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram. Your home is also listed on our website and Pararius.nl. Our “For Sale” sign can be placed, and appointments with potential viewers can be scheduled.
Tour of potential buyers and negotiations
Your home is attractively presented, and viewers respond enthusiastically. We guide the viewings and also handle the negotiation process. After an agreement is reached with a buyer, we draw up the purchase agreement.
Congratulations, your home has been successfully sold
Once your home is sold, we arrange the final inspection with the buyer, including reading the meter, and you can hand over the keys to the buyer at the notary.
